Itinerary

Our itinerary includes a meal and refreshment stops on the outward journey, before arriving at The Bedford Hotel late afternoon. On this tour you will have two free days to explore Sidmouth and the surrounding area. There will also be two full day excursions, one of our days will take us to Exmouth, situated on the east coast of Devon. This town offers a wide selection for shops and places to stop for a coffee and boasts fantastic scenery for all to enjoy. We also enjoy Bicton Park Botanical gardens, a magnificent Grade 1 listed garden and we will also travel on the Seaton Tramway operating narrow gauge heritage trams, travelling alongside the River Axe estuary through two nature reserves and giving an unrivalled view of the abundant wading bird life.�We have free time to explore in Seaton, a beautiful seaside town in East Devon. The only gateway town to the Jurassic coast where rocks from all three geographical periods can be viewed in their natural environment. On our half day we will go to The Donkey Sanctuary, which was founded in 1969. Our return journey includes a refreshment and a meal stop.
