Stretching from the southwest coast of Cumbria to Fleetwood, Morecambe Bay offers many pleasures of the seaside. This coastal town boasts an award-winning promenade where you can stroll with an ice cream or visit the Eric Morecambe statue. A gem of the West Coast.

Itinerary

After a leisurely start we make our way to Morecambe, we have a lovely comfort stop in the heritage town of Lancaster. We are greeted with lunch on arrival at our hotel. The afternoon is then free to do as you wish. We have a full free day to explore Morecambe and everything that the seaside town has to offer. We also enjoy two full day excursions exploring the beautiful coast and relaxing countryside. One of our days takes us to the picturesque market town of Kendal, Carnforth on the way home. Another of our days takes a scenic drive via Red Screes and Patterdale to Ullswater for time at leisure at the second largest lake in England. In the afternoon we head on to Keswick, surrounded by spectacular Derwentwater and mountains with plenty to see and do for everyone.
