Llandudno in Summer

Itinerary

We arrive Llandudno for lunch in the hotel, and the afternoon is then free to relax and explore.

We have 2 free days at leisure to do as you wish, relax in the hotel, or explore the many attractions in Llandudno, locally there is a 2^nd World War Museum with a collection of memorabilia, a must visit. Our tour includes an hour and 15-minute train journey on the Welsh Highland Railway. We travel from Blaenau Ffestiniog to Porthmadog. On arrival, we have free time in Porthmadog to explore the town and you will have opportunity to get some lunch here and a chance to explore. Also included is a full day in Anglesey, a stunning stretch of coast, 125 miles to be precise. Walk along the coastal path and enjoy the scenery. Anglesey has been declared an Area of Outstanding Beauty, there are fantastic areas to explore. We visit the unique village of Portmeirion (Emailed) on the southern shores of Snowdonia, with dreamy Italianate architecture and lovely views. Was once the set for a TV series called The Prisoner. We have a full day where we will visit Bets-y-Coed with free time to explore and then we head to Caernarfon with its impressive castle. On Monday after breakfast, we will start our journey home stopping at the historic, family run Kenyon Hall Farm with time to look around, maybe grab a bite, before the final leg of your journey.
