Itinerary
We leave Lancashire and head south with a meal stop on the way. We arrive at our Bournemouth hotel for our evening meal and overnight stay, ready for our morning ferry. In the morning, we head to Poole for our sailing over to beautiful Jersey where we meet our local coach for the duration of our holiday. The island has so much to offer that we have plenty of free time to explore. Jersey has a convenient ‘Hop on Hop off’ bus system for independent travel. Famous attractions include the Durrell Wildlife Park and the fascinating Jersey War Tunnels. We have one full day ‘Round the Island’ day excursion. On our final day we sail back to Poole where we have a final overnight stay in Bournemouth and head home after breakfast, stopping on the way for refreshments.
Hotel Information
The Merton Hotel is just a 15-minute walk from the centre of St Helier and Howard Davis Park. The hotel has the best leisure and entertainment facilities on the island with an indoor pool complex, outdoor pool, spa facilities and spacious grounds. There is entertainment and a wide selection of dining and bar options. There is a lift to all floors and good disabled access.
